Refund Policy
Made to Order
All Shower Farts products are made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom printed after you place your order, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will send a free replacement.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window (typically 7-14 business days from order date for US orders), please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to locate your package. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered (wrong size, wrong product, etc.), contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional charge.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at hello@showerfarts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days and ship replacements as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Since orders enter production quickly, cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been sent to our fulfillment partner. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel.
