By accessing or using the Shower Farts website ("Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Site is operated by Graf Technology, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly in color due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment platform at checkout. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on fulfillment timelines and delivery. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property
